Vendors and affiliate partners who register through our platform agree to provide services in a professional manner consistent with MagicTech LLC standards. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their employees are properly trained, insured, and compliant with all applicable laws. MagicTech LLC reserves the right to terminate vendor relationships at any time for failure to meet quality standards, breach of these Terms, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
